This policy explains what Ratatosk Cloud collects and how it is used to provide account, identity, social, memory, and personality analysis features.

Information We Collect

• Account and identity information, such as account id, user id, username, display name, email address, phone number, GitHub handle, X handle, profile photo, custom profile image, linked identity summaries, account status, and authentication history.
• Connected-provider information, such as X or Apple provider ids, handles, display names, profile photos, auth state, consent state, token fingerprints, provider tokens needed to operate authorized integrations, and metadata returned by those providers.
• User-authored content, such as prompts, messages, notes, commands, workspace metadata, public workspace metadata, uploaded media, profile fields, feedback, support requests, and other free-form content you provide.
• Social graph data you authorize us to import or derive, such as following and follower relationships from X, mutual follows, friend candidates, interaction signals, public profile signals, and Ratatosk-native follow or relationship records.
• Device, network, and notification information, such as installation ids, device identifiers, platform, operating system, browser, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, push-token fingerprints, delivery receipts, and notification interaction data.
• Usage, tracking, and telemetry data, such as launches, page views, taps, clicks, scrolls, route names, feature usage, session timing, referrers, UTM parameters, invite and share-link activity, public URL access events, request ids, error codes, crash and performance data, security events, and service logs.
• Derived and inferred data, such as personality signals, work style, interests, preferences, similarity scores, relationship strength, social clusters, recommendations, rankings, abuse or fraud risk, and model or analysis artifacts generated from the data we process.

Tracking and Measurement Technologies

Where permitted by law, platform rules, and your settings, we may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, logs, device identifiers, account identifiers, invite codes, referral parameters, and similar technologies to recognize users and devices, measure behavior, personalize the product, attribute signups, debug sessions, prevent abuse, and understand how Ratatosk Cloud is used across web, mobile, desktop, API, email, notification, and public-link surfaces.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, link providers, sync authorized social data, store user input history, generate personality and social analysis, power friends/comparison flows, operate public workspace routing, personalize the product, recommend people or content, debug issues, prevent abuse, enforce terms, measure growth and engagement, communicate with users, improve reliability, evaluate and improve models, develop new features, and support business operations.

Combining and Deriving Signals

We may combine data from your Ratatosk account, connected providers, public sources, device and usage telemetry, customer support, marketing interactions, and service providers. We may use that combined data to create derived signals, scores, profiles, predictions, recommendations, summaries, social comparisons, and other analysis artifacts.

Provider Data

When you connect X, Ratatosk Cloud may use your X id, handle, display name, profile photo, authorized follow graph data, public profile data, and related provider metadata to create your profile, populate your default profile photo, find friends, rank or recommend relationships, and support comparison and discovery features. We do not return raw provider tokens to clients.

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers, analytics and measurement providers, AI/model providers, security and fraud-prevention vendors, communications providers, connected providers you authorize, professional advisors, affiliates, successors in a business transaction, law enforcement or regulators where required, and other users or the public when you direct us to publish or share something. We do not currently sell personal information as an advertising product.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information while it is useful for your account, product features, personalization, analytics, research, model and system improvement, security, audit, legal, backup, and operational purposes. You can request account or data deletion by contacting us. Some records, derived artifacts, aggregated data, logs, backups, and security records may remain when needed for legitimate business, safety, provider-compliance, legal, or technical reasons.

Your Choices

You can choose which providers to connect, disconnect provider access where supported, upload or remove a custom profile photo, request data deletion, and use platform or browser controls for some tracking technologies. Disconnecting a provider or limiting tracking may limit social graph, profile-photo, login, discovery, personalization, measurement, or security features.

Security

We use access controls, token redaction, bounded logging, and provider-token handling designed to protect account data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

Ratatosk Cloud is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13.
