Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Ratatosk Cloud, the hosted control plane for Ratatosk accounts, identity, social graph features, user input history, and personality/social analysis.

Using Ratatosk Cloud

You may use Ratatosk Cloud only if you can form a binding agreement and follow applicable law. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login methods secure.

Accounts and Connected Services

Ratatosk Cloud supports account creation and linking through approved identity providers such as X and Apple. When you connect a provider, you authorize Ratatosk Cloud to collect, store, refresh, combine, and use provider data needed to run and improve the product, such as your provider account id, handle, display name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, auth status, token metadata, and, where authorized, social graph data.

Broad Data and Tracking Consent

To the fullest extent allowed by law and platform rules, you authorize Ratatosk Cloud to collect, track, log, store, retain, analyze, infer from, combine, and otherwise process information about your account, devices, sessions, prompts, messages, workspaces, connected providers, social graph, product interactions, public links, shared artifacts, and generated analysis. This includes tracking, measurement, analytics, personalization, safety, fraud prevention, debugging, research, product development, model evaluation, model improvement, and service operations.

Your Content

You keep ownership of prompts, messages, workspace metadata, profile information, images, handles, and other content you provide or authorize us to access. You grant Ratatosk Cloud a broad, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, copy, cache, transmit, display, adapt, summarize, transform, analyze, create derived signals from, and otherwise process that content to operate, secure, debug, personalize, market, research, train, evaluate, and improve the service and related systems.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Ratatosk Cloud to break the law, abuse others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or exfiltrate data, upload malicious content, or violate provider platform rules.

AI and Analysis Outputs

Ratatosk Cloud may generate personality, style, social, similarity, ranking, comparison, prediction, and recommendation outputs from your content, activity, connected accounts, social graph, and other signals. These outputs are informational product features, not medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

Public and Shared Surfaces

Some Ratatosk features may create public links, public workspace URLs, screenshots, profile surfaces, social cards, or shareable summaries. You are responsible for what you choose to publish or share, and you authorize us to host, cache, index, preview, resize, transform, and distribute those shared materials as needed to provide the feature.

Provider Rules

Connected providers may impose their own rules. Ratatosk Cloud may limit, modify, expire, or remove provider-backed features or data when needed to follow provider policies, user choices, legal requirements, or service reliability constraints.

Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may limit or terminate access when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or protect the service.

Ratatosk Cloud is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
